Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook 6–8 minutes, breaking into small crumbles.
Drain excess fat, leaving a thin layer.
Add seasoning and cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomato sauce and water/broth.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Finish with lime juice or vinegar and serve.
Notes
Use 80/20 for best flavor; 90/10 works with extra sauce
Adjust crushed red pepper for heat level
Make ahead and store up to 4 days
Freeze up to 3 months
Reheat with broth to restore moisture
